As the sun sets, we gather on a tree-lined balcony to move, breathe, and reconnect through the timeless practice of yoga.
Rooted in the traditional teachings of yoga, this all-levels class is an invitation to slow down, cultivate awareness, and return to the present moment. While we explore mindful movement (asana), our practice extends beyond the physical postures to include breath, meditation, and the cultivation of a peaceful, steady mind.
The ancient yogic tradition teaches that yoga is more than exercise. It's a way of living with greater presence, compassion, and connection. Drawing inspiration from the Eight Limbs of Yoga, each class offers an opportunity to strengthen the body, calm the nervous system, and deepen your relationship with yourself through intentional movement, conscious breathing, and quiet reflection.
No experience is necessary. All are welcome. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have practiced for years, you're invited to move at your own pace and honor your body's unique needs.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and any props that help you feel supported, such as blocks or bolster. Mats and props will be available on site if needed.
Space is intentionally limited to create an intimate and supportive experience, and advance registration is encouraged.
