Holding Space - A gentle gathering for remembrance and becoming
Grief doesn’t follow a timeline. A loved one may have transitioned recently or many years ago and the need to pause to honor that relationship still remains. Life keeps moving, and we don’t always have time to hold space for our grief. This gathering is an intentional pause to honor our loved ones, our memories, and our relationship with ourselves.
Our monthly gathering offers a gentle, supportive space to honor those we love, acknowledge grief in whatever form it takes, and reflect on who we are becoming after loss. This is not a therapy group or a place to fix grief. It’s simply a space to sit with it — together, without pressure or expectation.
We’ll gather for about an hour (with gentle flexibility) and share light snacks together. You’re welcome to speak, listen, or simply be.
You’re invited to bring:
• A small snack to share (whatever feels nourishing to you)
• A photo of your loved one (printed or on your phone), if you’d like
• A notebook or journal (optional)
All forms of grief are welcome — whether your loved one transitioned recently or long ago ( human or animal).
