A new year calls for a new tradition—and Horizon West is getting one! On Sunday, January 18th from 9 AM – 1 PM at Hamlin, we’re kicking off the very first Live Well in Horizon West. Created by Horizon West Happenings and The Local Winter Garden, and proudly presented by Orlando Health. Start 2026 feeling energized, inspired, and connected.

What Is Live Well?

Live Well is a wellness-first social event centered on meaningful connection, activity, revitalization, and good energy. This isn’t just about learning healthier habits—it’s about experiencing them. Imagine diving into a cold plunge, grabbing a fresh cup of juice, moving with a live fitness class, and enjoying music with your neighbors—all in one spot.
