Halloween Ecstatic Dance Costume Party

Ecstatic Dance led by Noonnahs with DJ Flint Blade bringing the vibes- mixing live instrumentation with music that will make you groove. We will close out the evening with a gentle guided breathwork practice and sound bath led by Sakina. Bring something to share! This is a potluck event. We will open up the kitchen for communal cacao and snacks galore. Make sure to bring a spill proof water bottle to stay hydrated! Afterwards, connect deeper with community as we wrap up the evening and say our goodbyes (until next time!) Please ensure to be mindful of any sequins, glitter, etc that could pollute the property.
