WHEN THE CUP IS EMPTY
Restoring Flow for Those Who Care for Others
A 3-hour immersive experience designed especially for counselors, yoga instructors, members of the medical community, caregivers, parents, teachers, and anyone who gives of themselves to help others. This retreat is created for those who spend their lives supporting others and need intentional space to restore and realign themselves.
Led by Sandra Moenssens, LMHC, LMFT and Olivia Riches Ambs, LMHC, this experiential retreat blends neuroscience, yoga-based movement, mindfulness, and the restorative power of water to help you access both immediate states of clarity and creativity and a deeper sense of long-term purpose. Please note you will not be entering the water; rather, we intentionally draw on the calming sensory qualities and nervous system–modulating influence of proximity to water to support attentional restoration, physiological settling, and reflective depth.
Flow happens when the body feels safe, the mind is present, and your nervous system is regulated. In this retreat, you’ll learn how stress disrupts clarity and intuition — and how specific practices can shift you into states of calm focus, insight, and meaningful engagement.
Through guided breathwork, gentle somatic movement, mindfulness training, and experiential exercises inspired by the therapeutic effects of water, you’ll strengthen the neural pathways associated with resilience, creativity, and wise decision-making.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, depleted, or disconnected from your direction, this retreat offers a grounded and experiential pathway back into alignment.
Come regulate, come reset, and come get into your flow.
