Program OverviewConscious Nona is hosting this event, facilitated by our Non-Profit Board of Directors and local Wellness Experts. Our monthly teen meet-up aims to foster self-awareness and support authentic expression and connection. Participants will learn holistic tools to manage stress and anxiety while enhancing intuition, body connection, confidence, and emotional intelligence. This program is supported by the Lake Nona Performance Club and is held in their community Hub.

Target Audience: Teens aged 16-21 (younger teens close in age who are mature enough are welcome)
