Join Amy, Gregg, and a growing community practicing genuine presence, so we can actually reach each other and let ourselves be reached.
This is a structured space, creating safety in a group that opens the possibility for more vulnerable and authentic sharing in pairs, with group reflection and Authentic Relating activities.
The Self-Liberation series is designed to help us unlearn the deeply ingrained social conditioning that doesn't serve us. To practice the inner and relational skills that help us be more authentic, connected, and present — especially when things get hard.
We work with the parts of ourselves that avoid conflict, won't ask for help, take on too much, can't name our desires, or don't know how to truly be with someone else's pain. So we practice something different, in real time, in community.
These patterns feel personal, but they were installed by systems that benefit from our isolation and compliance, and we genuinely can’t unlearn them with just therapy and journaling. When things feel unsafe outside, having a community that knows how to stay in connection, repair when things get hard, and support each other is crucial. I believe it’s how we're going to build the world we actually want to live in. The inner work and the relational work are love-driven activism from the inside out.
We use modalities like Authentic Relating, Nonviolent Communication, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and embodiment practices.
