Virgo New Moon Yoga + Merkado at Kaya Orlando

Join me at The Moon Mercado for an evening of community at Kaya Orlando, a Filipino neighborhood restaurant + bar located in Orlando’s Mills50 district! ✨ The Moon Mercado is a free community night market providing a space to practice yoga under the moon, shop various vendors, fill your heart with delicious foods, and build genuine community connection! Join us for a night of yap n scrap, local merchants, yoga under the bodhi tree + hella good vibes all around ✨ Our yoga session is $15, beginner and family friendly! If you miss registration, please feel free to still drop into class for $15! We start at 6:30pm!

What to Expect For Yoga:

Embrace the energy of the New Moon as we flow through a calming and empowering new moon yoga flow welcoming new beginnings. Our flow will incorporate meditation, gentle yoga, and Chandra Namaskar (moon salutations) promoting balance and self-discovery as we channel the energy of the moon around us + within us. This is a slow flow, we will not be rushing through our practice. Please bring the following and anything else you may need to make your practice comfortable.:

• Yoga Mat
• Yoga blocks and/or any other supportive tools to make your practice comfortable
• Blanket or towel for under your mat (optional but note, we will be doing yoga in the garden)
• Water
• Dress comfy
