Flow with me under the Bodhi tree + energy of the New Moon at the Moon Mercado hosted at Kaya Orlando. We will flow through a calming and empowering practice promoting balance and self-discovery. Our flow will incorporate meditation, gentle yoga, and Chandra Namaskar (moon salutations). Please BYO yoga mat and anything else you may need to make your practice comfortable.
