Finding Empowerment Through Personal Autonomy
Our signature Saturday session and heart of the retreat — an invitation to explore what it means to live from a place of inner strength, conscious choice, and self-trust. Through guided dialogue, reflection, and experiential practices, therapist and facilitator Kelly Lafferman leads us into the liberating terrain of personal autonomy. This is a powerful moment to pause, reclaim, and rise — walking the middle path not as a compromise, but as an act of empowerment.
VERY SPECIAL GUEST
Michelle J. Lamont, Your Spiritual Coach and Manifestation Mentor
Following her Friday night speaking engagement and moon ceremony, Michelle will facilitate an early morning meditation to prepare retreat participants to open their hearts and minds for self-discovery, to embrace community and flourish.
*See separate registration for Friday, October 10th to share fully in Michelle’s powerful presentation and moon ceremony with poolside dinner presented by Chef Sede Clark.

✨ Polish the Mirror
A Self-Care Ritual for Inner and Outer Radiance
Led by skin care expert Deena Bell, Love Your Skin
This is more than skincare — it’s soul care.
Inspired by the teachings of Ram Dass, Polish the Mirror speaks to the sacred act of inner work — gently removing the layers that cloud our self-perception so we can see ourselves more clearly, compassionately, and truthfully.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll be guided through a nourishing DIY facial by licensed aesthetician Deena Bell, whose calming presence and expert touch turn skincare into ritual. You’ll learn how to tend to your skin with natural, holistic ingredients while reconnecting with the healing power of intentional touch.
As your mask sets, you’ll be invited into a guided meditation — a moment of stillness to reflect, receive, and return to yourself.
Because when we polish the mirror, what we begin to reflect is not perfection — but presence.
“If you don’t treat yourself, you cheat yourself.” Michelle J. Lamont
Self-care is not selfish — it’s a return to self-respect.”
