Ignite Your Flow on the outdoor courtyard of The Veranda in Thornton Park for a gentle evening of yoga & meditation focused on connecting the mind, body, & breath. Beginner friendly yoga class! We will have two more classes at The Veranda - July 21 and July 28 - and then we are transitioning to a new location in Thornton Park!
During class, we discuss yoga beyond the physical practice, meditate, & find stillness in movement. Our flow is very intentional with an emphasis on breath awareness - a yoga class where you can truly be present. After class enjoy a cup of complimentary herbal tea as you connect with like-minded souls and build community over empowering conversations!

Self-Investment: $15 pre-registration before 5pm/$22 drop in - can be paid in person via cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Cashapp
What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, water, yoga blocks, and any other supportive tools you may need to make your practice comfortable.
