Women's Cosmic Movement: Power

A small, donation-based gathering for women exploring the felt sense of power through intuitive movement, astrological themes and somatic practices. As Venus rises as the Morning Star, we'll explore power as something we can experience and embody from within. Through grounding, intentional boundaries, body awareness and intuitive movement, we'll create space to explore our relationship with power and allow the body to lead without expectations. No dance experience or astrology knowledge is needed. You're invited to move at your own pace and honor your body throughout the experience.

What to bring

• Yoga mat, water and grippy socks
• Comfortable clothing and layers (the room runs cool)

Meet in the lobby of The Vue at Lake Eola, allowing time to park. Valet is available.
