Join us Monday nights for FREE on Zoom as we laugh for no reason at all! Laughter Yoga is a gentle and super fun mind-body exercise that EVERY BODY can do. Elevate your mood, release stress, boost your immune system, create a positive mental attitude no matter what, connect to your highest self and to those in the group as we combine breathing techniques from yoga (pranayama) with Laughter exercises, creating a joy cocktail of feel-good hormones, endorphins and a big uptake of oxygen to all the cells of the body and brain. No prior experience necessary. No yoga mat needed. If you can breathe, you can do Laughter Yoga! Class is 45 minutes and can be done sitting on a chair, the floor or standing. We end each class with a guided relaxation. Very Good, YAY!!!
