Orlando Sister Circle- womb wisdom workshop with cacao

For the woman craving connection to herself, Spirit, and her community: join us for a sister circle on March 22nd from 2-4 pm.
Participation will include guided somatic meditation and prayer in a ceremonial container, serving of ceremonial cacao, and a workshop on feminine nervous system and cycle healing.
This is a trauma informed space for all women, femmes, and womb holders.
Your host is Lena, a somatic coach for women who weaves spirituality and somatic healing to create inclusive, trauma informed spiritual spaces.
