Loving Kindness Meditation & Gentle Yoga Workshop – An Afternoon of Metta

Join us to learn how to cultivate love, kindness, friendliness and compassion towards yourself and others. This special 2-hour workshop will give you tools to take with you to help reduce stress, improve mental health and build stronger relationships with those around you.
Meditation, gentle yoga and mindfulness activities included. Workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your true self. No experience needed; all beings are welcome! Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a journal to take notes. Don’t have a mat, no worries, we have one you can borrow!
