An Invitation to Ease is a gentle, grounding experience for women who give and give to others—caregivers, therapists, nurses, bodyworkers, physicians, etc. It is an opportunity to give some of that attention and intention back to Self.

This is an invitation to step out of autopilot, honor your inner seasons, and reconnect with yourself in a gentle, sustainable way.

-Reflection and group discussion on cycles, capacity, and care

-Guided mindful nature walk

-Gentle, embodiment practices to support ease

Come as you are. Move slowly. Leave with practices you can return to again and again.
