Chefs and creatives Sacha and Jarid are excited to gather with you for a vibrant and relaxed community meal with live acoustic music by Josh Gluck.
Our multi-course menu highlights the bountiful harvests of Altamonte Springs and Gainesville, Florida’s local farms. Experience a gourmet meal made from scratch that nourishes both body and soul, where every bite tells a story.
Every dish will be a love letter to the land and the dedicated farmers who nurture it. You’ll enjoy globally-inspired comfort dishes using slow-cooked Florida farm-raised organic meats to organic seasonal vegetable creations, and decadent dessert—a plethora of flavors to delight every palate.

Seasonal Garden Mocktail & Fresh Brewed Iced Tea
A refreshing alcohol-free welcome drink crafted from seasonal fruits, herbs, and botanicals, paired with lightly sweetened iced tea brewed from whole leaves.
Artisan Graze Platter
Fresh baked sourdough bread served alongside a rotating selection of charcuterie, regional cheeses, house-made dips, crisp seasonal vegetables, local fruit preserves, and housemade whipped cultured butter.
Green Herb Arancini with Garden Salad
Golden fried risotto balls infused with fresh herbs and greens, served with a bright garden herb salad
Roasted Beet Tart with Pumpkin Butter & Toasted Pecans
Earthy roasted beets layered over house-made pumpkin butter in a delicate pastry shell, finished with toasted pecans for warmth and crunch.
Garden Harvest Vegetable Lasagna
Layers of roasted seasonal vegetables, local herb pesto, slow-simmered tomato sauce, and creamy mozzarella baked between delicate pasta sheets and finished with aged parmesan.
Roasted Mushroom Caps with Herb Sausage & Aged Balsamic
Caramelized mushroom caps filled with savory sausage and fresh herbs, finished with a drizzle of aged balsamic–vegetarian option available.
Beef Bourguigon
Slow-braised beef simmered in red wine with aromatic vegetables and herbs, a comforting classic inspired by French countryside cooking.
Japanese Sweet Potato Au Gratin
Thinly sliced Japanese sweet potatoes baked in a rich, creamy gratin with herbs and golden bubbling cheese
Seasonal Garden Salads
A variety of fresh salads highlighting seasonal greens, herbs, and vegetables sourced from local farms.
Dessert Flight
An assortment of handmade chocolates, delicate pastries, and seasonal cakes crafted to provide a sweet and memorable finish to the evening.
Volunteers Needed:
We are looking for a few helping hands to support this special evening. Volunteers will assist with event setup, welcoming guests, food service,, and tidying up afterward. This is a wonderful opportunity to support a community-centered dinner celebrating local food, music, and connection.

Meet Sacha Foxx—the flavor fanatic who can’t help but turn every ingredient into a mouthwatering masterpiece. Before moving back to Florida from Chicago, she spent eight years soaking up the Windy City’s bold food scene—think spicy, soulful vibes that still inspire her cooking today. Now settled in Gainesville, she’s all about its farm-fresh treasures, weaving them into her culinary magic. When she’s not crafting beats as a music producer, she’s whipping up feasts for her Altamonte Springs crew—the lucky folks she’s always feeding. We finally said, “Sacha, your kitchen takeovers deserve the full spotlight—let’s feast!” Get ready for a meal packed with heart and a whole lot of flavor.

Jarid Altmark is a multi-award winning cake artist who’s been featured on Netflix’s ‘ Is it cake? Too’ and on four Food Network television competitions.
Inspired by his Nana’s generosity and traditional Jewish cooking, Jarid fell in love with cooking at a young age. Jarid has facilitated as an art instructor for Soul Journey Retreats, guiding hands-on practices to unlock authentic artistry. When not at work, you’ll likely find Jarid in the kitchen slow-cooking unique flavor combos inspired by international travels and bold global-flavors, harnessing self-control to not eat pastries every day, taking care of his orchids and houseplants, practicing yoga, and loving his partner, Thomas.
JOSH
Josh Gluck is an Alternative Soul singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer and Recording Academy member. Based in Florida, his strong influences in funk, rock, and blues shine the brightest through his work. Josh Gluck performs and tours regularly both solo acoustic or with his band, The Family Tree.
Once you attend a show or interact with his community, you are automatically welcomed into that family. He has performed in over 500 live shows, Okeechobee Music Festival, Gasparilla Music Festival and has been featured on the front page of Apple Music Alternative as well as supported acts such as The Dip, Neal Francis, Mac Ayres, AJR, Phony Ppl, Of Good Nature and more.
