Under the guidance of ZenMasterMike, the room fills with the rich, shimmering vibrations of crystal singing bowls. These tones are known for easing the nervous system, clearing stagnant energy, and guiding the mind into a peaceful, meditative state, even if you’ve never meditated a day in your life.
