What if including yourself in the web of gratitude is a powerful act in a world where many of us are conditioned to be selfless & modest?
When we're conditioned to downplay our worth and stay small, self-appreciation becomes an act of reclaiming our energy. This courageous practice ripples outward, giving others permission and redirecting energy from self-doubt toward mutual care, and ultimately toward collective action.
When my friends cheer me on for celebrating myself, the shift in my life satisfaction is huge… until my perfectionistic patterns take back over. I tried journals, reminders, collecting evidence of my wins, but they’re isolating and it’s hard to keep up motivation. I realized I need community practice, where we remind each other consistently that we're allowed to appreciate ourselves.
By practicing this together, we're building a culture where people support each other's unapologetic joy, growth, and aliveness.
In this workshop, we'll:
* Discuss what gets in the way of truly appreciating ourselves, and what makes it scary
* Explore what becomes possible when we allow ourselves to really feel it
* Then we'll get the chance to practice! Notice what it feels like voicing self-appreciation and being cheered on by another person.
Participation is always invitational. We'll create a space where it's perfectly okay to pass, observe, and choose your level of engagement at every step.
