Return to Self: Sound Bath + Reiki Experience

Enter your weekend grounded, not overwhelmed. This is a space to slow down, soften, and come back to yourself.

This experience supports you in moving out of stress mode and into steadiness. Through a brief guided meditation and layered sound frequencies + Holy Fire Reiki, you’ll have space to release tension, quiet mental noise, and reconnect with your body in a calm, supportive environment.

What to Expect

Gentle Intention Setting

We’ll begin with a simple inward-focused exercise to help you connect with what you need. You will not be asked to share your intention unless you genuinely feel called to do so.

Guided Meditation

You’ll be guided into a calm, receptive state to settle the mind and regulate the nervous system.

Sound Healing + Holy Fire Reiki

As you rest comfortably, grounding sound will move through the space while Holy Fire Reiki energy is woven throughout the session. The sound journey will include frosted crystal singing bowls, a Paiste Planetary Jupiter Gong, and other complementary instruments as intuitively guided.

Crystal bowls create sustained, pure tones that gently support each energy center, while the gong’s deep vibrations help move stagnant energy and release stored tension. Combined with Reiki energy, this layered experience helps calm the nervous system, encourage emotional release, and support a deep return to inner balance.

Integration + Return

You’ll be gently guided back so you leave feeling steady, clear, and grounded.

Optional Oracle or Angel Card Pull

You’re welcome to pull a card at the beginning or end of the session for quiet reflection and personal insight.

Optional paper and pens will also be available if you’d like to set a specific intention. Some participants choose to fold their intention and place it beside them or near the sound bowls as a way to anchor and energetically support what they are calling in or ready to release.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in.

Doors will close promptly at 6:29 PM to maintain a peaceful and uninterrupted container.

Ashley is a Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master, Akashic Records Practitioner, and Sound Healing Practitioner. Her work blends Holy Fire Reiki, intuitive guidance, and vibrational sound healing to create grounded spaces where you can safely soften, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
