An empowering and restorative yoga flow and meditation every Wednesday at 6:30pm at the Oak St Park Community Center - beginner friendly and open to all levels!
Together we will explore different styles of Yoga Asana, Meditation, and Breathwork focused on deepening our mind-body connection and learning how yoga can empower our everyday life!
We will build a practice together that supports our physical, mental, and emotional well-being - regulating our nervous systems, throwing perfectionism out the door, and finding peace within!
Community building + networking time at the end with complimentary herbal tea!
