Understand narcissistic relationship patterns, rebuild your sense of self, and move from survival into grounded healing and stability.
This event is presented by The Mindful Prof and RC Counseling.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re constantly questioning yourself in a relationship, walking on eggshells, or losing a sense of who you are, you’re not alone. And you’re not imagining it.
This half-day workshop is designed to help you understand narcissistic and antagonistic relationship dynamics in a clear, grounded, and supportive way. While the word “narcissism” is often used casually, the lived experience can be deeply confusing, disorienting, and emotionally exhausting. This space is here to bring clarity to what you’ve felt, and help you begin to make sense of it.
Throughout the morning, we’ll explore what narcissism actually is (and isn’t), how these patterns develop, and how they show up across different types of relationships, romantic, family, friendships, and even the workplace. You’ll begin to recognize common behaviors, understand the impact they have on your mind and body, and learn why it can feel so hard to leave or move forward.
This is not just an educational workshop, it’s also experiential. Through gentle, guided somatic practices, you’ll learn how your body has been responding to these dynamics and how to begin rebuilding a sense of safety, clarity, and internal steadiness. We’ll introduce simple, practical tools to help you set boundaries, rebuild nervous system capacity, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been minimized or lost.
This workshop is guided by experienced mental health professionals: Dr. Kelsey Evans-Amalu, PhD, Somatic Practitioner and Trauma-Informed Educator, and Renee Cherowitz, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, MS, QS, CHT, CCTP, NATC, CDS, LMHC. Together, they bring both clinical insight and body-based approaches to help you understand your experience from multiple angles.
This space is supportive, grounded, and free of judgment. Whether you’re currently in a challenging relationship, navigating the aftermath of one, or simply trying to understand narcissism more clearly, this workshop is designed to meet you where you are.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your experience, a new perspective on your patterns, and tangible tools to begin moving from survival into a more stable, self-connected way of living.
