Women’s MicroDose Hike | Saturday, September 20 | 10am
Join us for a sacred morning in nature, where breath, movement, and medicine guide us back to center. Together we will open with grounding practices — breathwork— before beginning our Earth Sacrament MicroDose journey.
This hike is more than a walk — it’s a space for:
• Gentle movement + mindful breathing
• Earth Sacrament MicroDose introduction
• Nature immersion + meditation
• Sisterhood, connection, and heart-centered conversations
• Emotional regulation + integration support
✨ We gather during the powerful energy of the eclipse portal — a time to ground with Pachamama, release what no longer serves, and realign our inner compass with clarity and peace.
