Learn Reiki Healing: Level 1 (Self Healing)

This level 1 Traditional Usui Reiki Attunement class opens up your channel to the ability to self heal, identify blockages, raises your overall frequency & is a prerequisite to Level 2 (practitioner level).

Upon checkout, you will receive immediate access to your course materials via email. Please review the manual prior to class so you feel familiar with the content.

During our 3-hour training, we will move through the manual together, deepening your understanding through discussion, demonstration, and guided practice. The training concludes with your Reiki Level 1 attunement ceremony, which typically lasts approximately 30 minutes.

Following our in person class, you will begin your 21-day integration journey. Using the guided integration journal, you will apply what you have learned in real time through 21 self-Reiki sessions, practicing how to identify energetic blockages and support their release within your own body. This experiential component ensures embodiment; not just intellectual understanding.

At the completion of your 21 sessions, you will submit your integration journal along with your Reiki Level 1 quiz to Reiki Master SoulSunshine. Upon achieving a score of 70% or higher and completing all integration requirements, you will receive your Certificate of Completion, formally recognizing you as a Certified Reiki Level 1 Practitioner.
