This is an embodied journey into movement, awareness, and surrender.

• Latihan — a blindfolded spiritual movement practice

• Ecstatic Dance

Latihan is a blindfolded practice to deepen awareness of the body and learn to move only when movement is felt. It’s an invitation to trust your inner guidance, even when you can’t see what’s ahead — and let the Fire Horse carry you forward with full intention.
