Welcome to Wellness Day at The Castle, hosted by The Wellness Sisterhood—Orlando's women's wellness community dedicated to helping women build meaningful friendships through unforgettable wellness experiences.

Join us for an afternoon designed to pour back into you inside the beautiful Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection.

Whether you're looking to move your body, meet new girlfriends, celebrate yourself, or simply enjoy a beautiful day surrounded by incredible women, this event was created with you in mind.

Your Wellness Day Includes

Pilates (12:00 PM–12:45 PM)

Yoga (1:00 PM–1:45 PM)

Stretch (2:00 PM–2:45 PM)

Take one class, two classes, or experience all three—the choice is yours!

✨ Classes are led by the amazing FS8 Orlando Studio and are designed for every fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, there's truly a class for everyone and all classes will be beginner friendly.

🎁 Every attendee will also receive a complimentary class to enjoy at one of FS8's Orlando studios.
