Breathe & BE - Friday Mindful Mornings (Before Store Opens)

(BEGINNING ON SUMMER SOLSTICE, FRIDAY, JUNE 20th)

Join us for Breathe & Be Before the Weekend, a weekly in-store breathwork and mindfulness session at Rare Earth Gift, beginning Friday, June 20th and continuing every Friday from 9:00–9:30 AM.

This in-person event is the perfect way to center yourself and set a positive tone for the day ahead. Start your weekend off right with some mindful moments in a serene setting.

As a gentle experience this time is designed to help you reset and ease into your weekend with clarity and peace. No need to rush, just relax and recharge before the store opens.

What to Expect:

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in (and grab a parking spot in Ivanhoe Village)

The store will be closed to the public during the session

Angela will guide a 15–20 minute breathwork experience, followed by a short closing meditation

What to Bring:

Yoga mat, bolster, or camping chair

Journal, water, or anything else you need to feel comfortable

Note: Chairs are not provided—please bring your own seating if needed
