Salty Sounds

Salty Sounds is a memorable sunset ceremony of sacred sound in communion with nature. If you have been feeling on edge or overwhelmed by anxiety, tension and the worries of everyday life, this is your calling for a meaningful pause: a reset and a gift to yourself for deep connection and restoration. Every healing process begins with the ability to relax, regulate your nervous system, and open space for inner harmony.

The ceremony

You'll begin in a welcome circle to set intentions and connect in community. From there, we'll flow into a gentle somatic practice to awaken your conscious breath and activate your body and unique vibration with toning and chanting, so your whole being is open and receptive to sound. Then you'll be guided to an air mattress to float gently over the waters of a luxurious pool in a dreamy outdoor setting, for a 60-minute sound bath led by Kirissa and Lua, with high-end healing instruments and vocal harmonies to soothe the mind and enchant the soul. Floating deepens decompression, joy and lightness, with the water as a powerful carrier of frequencies. We finish with a closing circle to integrate and ground. Take your time, connect with others, and contemplate with presence.

How to prepare

• Bring a spill-proof water bottle
• Bring a blanket or yoga mat for the opening somatic circle
• Wear comfy clothes, as you might get a bit wet getting in and out of the pool
• Bug repellent is recommended
• Bring a towel

A limited number of ground-spot tickets around the pool are available. This is an outdoor event and may change at the last minute due to weather.
