About Your Guide:
Tisse Mallon is a passionate and experienced educator and coach who has dedicated their career to helping people improve their emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and overall well-being. They are the founder and director of the Elar Institute, a school focused on the science of connection, and the primary instructor of their flagship program, the How of Happy.
Tisse has presented at several events and organizations and has been studying personal growth topics, including leadership, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, mindfulness, and spirituality, for over 20 years. They have also shared their own personal struggles with anxiety and depression, which led them to seek help and ultimately inspired them to help others through coaching and teaching.
