In these five full days we invite you to slow right down, to feel the magic in full body presence, to be able to explore deep rooted, pre-verbal and somatic imprints and ancestoral patterns.

Warm Water Rebirthing is a gentle yet profound form of conscious connected breathwork which induces an altered state of consciousness. This allows the body to process emotions, energy, and birth patterns on a somatic level.

In this experiential retreat we honour the birthing energy as a sacred process, knowing that it will guide us perfectly to rebirth and a new awareness. The power of the breath, a safe space, and tuning into divine feminine energy allows for that transformation.

FACILITATOR LYNN VEITCH

Lynn Veitch is a breath work and energy practitioner who has been facilitating individual sessions and groups for more than three decades.

Her personal journey led her to the healing arts and eventually to her vocation.

Lynn’s training and experience is in Rebirthing, various forms of breath work, the mind/body therapy of bioenergetics and visionary cranio sacral therapy.

As a doula she has had the privilege of giving emotional and spiritual support to mothers throughout pregnancy and birth. As a celebrant she offers unique and personalized ceremonies such as marriages and baby blessings.

Her spiritual path is in the Eastern tradition and for 17 years she had facilitated meditation in prisons as a volunteer.

Lynn has tremendous gratitude for the master teachers and mentors who have guided her on her way. Her focus now is to share what she knows, keep learning and enjoy the journey home.

FACILITATOR PABLO CASTRO

Pablo Castro is a Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer. His passion for breath, somatic healing and water therapy is at the core of what he shares with one to one’s and groups around the world.

He is a surfer, free diver and lover of the ocean, more and more he is called to work with and within the element of water. Pablo holds water breath ceremonies and has also trained with Wataflow.

His work has led to the profound realms of rebirthing and he is in awe of the gentle yet profound power of warm water, loving presence and gentle holding. With great love and honor he is deeply excited to be sharing this incredible work. Pablo has been a lead trainer with Alchemy of Breath for 5 years, and is based in Bali.

Each generation leaves a legacy for the next. We breathe the same air, walk on the same earth and drink the same water as our ancestors before us. We also inherit many of the physical attributes and postures of our lineage and embody many of their behavioral patterns and beliefs. Some still work for us and many no longer serve our highest good.

These latent tendencies can be triggered at conception, gestation and birth. They can also show up later in life depending on our choices and our environment. As we resolve the patterns and traumas from past generations that we have embodied we free up ourselves as well as our family energy which in turn affects all humanity. Our part is to end the cycle.

The indigenous tribes honor and pray to their ancestors with the understanding that by healing old wounds and imbibing inherited talents they are opening doors to a better life for themselves and the next generation. They hold a firm belief that this connection impacts seven generations in the past and seven future generations.

In this six day (five nights) retreat we will be working with the ancestral memory held in The Waters, using ancient water healing practices, and warm water rebirthing, to explore how we hold these patterns from the past in our body/mind and learn how to open to the freedom of the present.
