I am absolutely thrilled to announce details for this labor of love, “The Exchange.” A first of its kind event here in Central Florida.

A free social emotional learning experience put on by Licensed Mental Health Counselors to improve #mentalhealth and #relationahealth in our community.

A place to reflect, connect, and explore.

On October 12th, come exchange wisdom, resources and good vibes. Oh, and maybe…your number 😱 or something wild and throwback like that 😆
