Women's Circle

Join Rebecca for the Heart Led Women's Circle, a sacred gathering of women coming together to rest, reflect and reconnect, with themselves and with one another, through the heart. In this shared circle, we create a safe and nurturing space where every woman is seen and heard, honoring the power of presence and community. While this gathering is not centered on any specific spiritual or religious doctrine, heartfelt and soul-centered conversations are welcome. It is not a therapy session, though many women find the experience deeply supportive and nourishing. Through gentle meditation, breathwork and somatic movement, we attune to our inner wisdom and open to the transformative energy of the heart space. This is a time to pause, breathe, and receive the energetic strength that naturally arises when women gather with intention. No prior experience is needed. Come as you are. You are always welcome to pass on sharing and engage in whatever way feels most supportive. Give this time as a gift to yourself, to feel centered, expanded, supported and uplifted.

Circle flow

• 6:50 PM: Doors open for arrival and grounding
• 7:05 PM: Welcome, brief introductions and intention setting
• 7:15 PM: Circle opens, with gentle somatic practice or breathwork, a guided heart-centered meditation, prompted journaling, and directed sharing and attentive listening
• 8:30 PM: Circle closes
