This all-levels class invites you to slow down and reconnect through a gentle, intentional blend of Hatha-inspired movement, breathwork, and deep, releasing stretches. Whether you're easing back into a movement practice or looking to balance your more intense routines, this class supports strength, flexibility, and calm without the pressure to perform.
Expect grounding flows, supported holds, and a strong focus on tuning into your body’s signals. Modifications and variations are always offered. This is your time to listen inward and move in a way that feels just right.

About Michelle
With over a decade of experience guiding students through Hatha, Yin, and Stretch classes, Michelle brings a deeply grounded and intuitive approach to her teaching. She creates a space that’s supportive and accessible, no matter your age, ability, or experience level. Her classes are a mindful blend of structure and softness, where students are encouraged to explore breath, movement, and rest with compassion and curiosity. Whether you're looking to build strength, increase flexibility, or simply unwind, Michelle’s classes meet you where you are on your yoga journey.
