INNERSONIC

A transformational journey into expanded states of consciousness through sound and energy

INNERSONIC is a composite energetic art that draws from sound healing, neuroscience, shamanism, and traditional Tantric philosophy to create an experience that is both deeply somatic and profoundly transcendent.

It is a return to the intelligence already within you. A doorway to the subconscious. A purification and reorganization of the energetic system. A tool for spiritual progression. A reconnection to Source…and a catalyst for awakening.

The Session

We begin with breathwork or meditation and a transmission of knowledge drawn from study, research, and direct experience. Then you lie down, close your eyes, and a multi-stage soundscape, designed to communicate directly with and rewire your nervous system, carries you through cycles of expansion and contraction, movement and stillness, releasing and receiving. The facilitator acts as an energetic conduit, using her hands to touch, press, hover, or gesture over your chakras and meridian points. This opens your energetic pathways and infuses high-frequency life force through them, releasing what is dense or stagnant.

Movement may arise. Emotion may surface. Stillness may deepen beyond anything familiar. There is nothing you need to do. Simply allow.

We close with an integration circle to share what surfaced and witness the resonance and synchronicities that emerge, almost every time. While each journey is entirely unique, similar patterns often appear across participants at the same moments within the shared field experience via brainwave entrainment. It's a reminder that we are not as separate as we think. Shifts may happen during the session or unfold in the days after. Your energetic and nervous systems are conditioned over time to hold a higher vibrational frequency.

Mimi is a lifelong mystic, soul scientist, and innernaut. INNERSONIC is one expression of a larger body of work she has been living for decades. She has taught yoga and meditation; the rest of her background comes from personal study and lived experience: spiritual studies, multi-modality energy work, soundscape design, and consciousness exploration. In 2021, Innerdance helped her turn a corner during a dark night of the soul. She completed the facilitator training, plus additional training in Somananda Tantric Energy Healing. How to Prepare
