Loss takes many forms, not just death. It can show up as a relationship ending, a pet passing, a friendship fading, your body changing, or a version of your life you once expected letting go to make room for something new. Whatever you're releasing, this workshop offers a way to move it through the body, not just talk about it, so you can create space for what's next.
We begin with circular breathwork, a continuous breathing pattern with no pause between inhale and exhale. This shifts your body out of its usual holding patterns and creates space for emotion to move and release.
Each participant wears noise-cancelling headphones, creating a fully immersive, personal experience where you can turn inward without distraction, even in a room full of others doing the same work.
From there, we settle into restorative movement, gentle, slow stretches and body-led motion that help integrate what the breathwork stirred up. There's no performance here, no right way to move. It's simply space to let your body come back to rest.
We close with a cacao ceremony, a warm, heart-opening ritual to soften the nervous system and hold what's surfaced. Sipping slowly together, we set an intention for what we're releasing and what we're welcoming in.
No experience needed. You don't need to explain what you're releasing or even name it out loud. You just need to breathe, move, and sip.
