Please join us for a Celebration of the Summer Solstice with Reiki Drumming, on Saturday, June 21st from 3-5pm at the Urban Ashram! Reiki Drumming uses Native American Hoop Drums which have been charged with Reiki energy. This meditative, Shamanic-style drumming, combined with Reiki energy, vibrates all the cells in your body, dissolving energy blocks as it creates a deep state of relaxation that promotes the natural processes of healing.

In this relaxed state, powerful Source energy flows more easily into your being in order to manifest what you want to create in your life!

The Summer Solstice is a great time to come together as a Spiritual Community to celebrate the nurturing light of the Sun and the beauty of Mother Earth. Release tension and allow a new, relaxed way of being to flow into and through you.

You will be guided through a relaxing and deeply meditative Soul Journey meditation to connect with Reiki Energy and to prepare for the experience. In addition to drumming, we will also incorporate other instruments, like rattles and shakers, along with vocal toning, dance and movement to allow even more energy to flow through your chakras, or energy centers. We look forward to sharing this fun, magical, uplifting event with you as we drum to Celebrate the Summer Solstice!
