Women's Self-Love Circle: Heart Release & Renewal - A Special End of Year Cacao Ceremony

Empower yourself through a heart-healing evening designed to help you release the weight of the past year, honor your growth, and gently welcome in the energy of a new beginning. This special End of Year Cacao Ceremony blends meditation, breathwork, intuitive movement, journaling, ritual, reflection, and sacred ceremonial cacao to guide you into deep connection with your heart. This experience is intentionally crafted to support you in: ✨ Letting go of what you no longer want to carry into the new year ✨ Celebrating the wins - big and small - that shaped your 2025 ✨ Acknowledging the ways you showed up for yourself, even imperfectly ✨ Creating space for clarity, compassion, and self-love ✨ Beginning to set intentions for 2026, even if you’re not fully sure what they are yet So much of my personal healing journey has centered around my heart, and it is an honor to hold space for you in this way. Every Circle carries its own energy, but the foundation remains the same: reconnecting with your heart, softening into presence, and honoring yourself with love and reverence. Your ceremony includes:

• Guided meditation & grounding breathwork
• Intuitive movement to open the heart and release stored tension
• A releasing ritual to clear what no longer serves
• Ceremonial cacao to support emotional openness and heart expansion
• Journaling exercises to reflect, celebrate, and begin intention-setting
• A supportive sharing circle for connection & integration
• A thoughtfully curated small gift for you to take home
• All materials provided (except journal—please bring your own)
