Join Heartfulness Orlando for International Day of Yoga 2026, a free community gathering at the Pegasus Grand Ballroom in the UCF Student Union. The program includes guided yoga sessions, relaxation, Heartfulness meditation, and a welcoming environment for people at all practice levels, from beginner to advanced. Participants should be ages 15+ and bring their own yoga mat. Registration is free through Eventbrite.
