We're back Friday 8/22 at Kaya Orlando for a very special New Moon Merkado celebrating Kaya's Chef Lo's birthday + the end of Leo season as we welcome the Virgo New Moon!

The Virgo New Moon is here to remind us that clarity is an act of love.

It calls us to pause, listen, and discern between what truly nourishes from what quietly drains us.

Join Ignite Your Flow at 6:30pm for our New Moon Yoga Flow under the beautiful Bodhi Tree - a sacred space where wisdom roots deep and your heart + mind can meet.

It's time to tap into that wisdom, listen to your heart whisper it's truth, and allow your mind to honor it - planting seeds for the new beginnings that lie under the moon and shaping them into action.
