Under the Full Moon: A Sound Healing Journey

Imagine a space where you can slow down, exhale, release what you're ready to leave behind, and reconnect with yourself beneath the light of the full moon. Under the Full Moon is an intimate sound healing ceremony created as a space for reflection, release, and renewal. Together, we'll work with the symbolism and energy of the full moon as a natural invitation to pause, turn inward, and consciously make space for what's next. This is a sacred ceremonial experience weaving together breath, meditation, intentional release, community, and an immersive sound journey. You don't need to arrive feeling peaceful or knowing exactly what you want to release. Come as you are, and the evening will meet you there.

Our journey together

• Opening circle. We'll gather, ground, and create intention for our time together.
• Light breathwork. Gentle breathwork to bring awareness into the body and begin shifting out of the busyness of the day.
• Intuitive meditation. A guided inward journey to connect with your body, intuition, and whatever is asking to be witnessed.
• Sound healing bath. Lie back, get cozy, close your eyes, and allow the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and other intuitive instruments to wash over you.
• Release ritual. A simple ceremonial practice to acknowledge and release what you're ready to stop carrying into the next chapter.
• Closing circle. Time to reflect, integrate, and share from the heart before we close our evening together.

Sound can offer a beautiful doorway into stillness. Paired with intentional breath, meditation, and rest, it can help create an environment where the body and nervous system have an opportunity to soften, settle, and receive. This is your invitation to step away from the noise, come into your body, and spend an evening devoted to you. No previous meditation or sound healing experience is needed.
