Held by Harmony is a deeply nurturing sound healing journey designed to help participants feel supported, safe, and gently rebalanced through soothing frequencies and intentional space holding. Ethos Sol Sound Sanctuary is the collaboration of Rustin Davis and Becky Peavy, Sound and Vibrational Practitioners based in Orlando, Florida.

Together they offer more than a sound bath — they create a sacred journey. Each experience is intentionally curated to help individuals reconnect with their heart, release stress, and remember their innate wholeness. Through immersive sound healing using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gentle percussion, gongs, and grounding tones, you will be guided into a state of deep rest and nervous system reset. The frequencies are intentionally layered to create a sense of safety, spaciousness, and inner balance. As the sounds wash over you, allow yourself to be fully supported — no striving, no fixing, just receiving.

Meet Your Practitioners

Rustin is an experienced multi-instrumentalist with a deep-rooted background in percussion. With years of musical exploration and performance, he seamlessly blends rhythm, resonance, and intentional sound design into the healing space. His integration of live instrumentation and music production adds a dynamic and grounding foundation to each journey, creating powerful vibrational landscapes that support transformation and energetic reset.

Becky brings a deeply intuitive and nurturing presence to every session. Gifted in guiding meditation and channeling calming energy, she uses her beautiful, ethereal vocals to transport participants into expanded states of awareness and peace. Her voice serves as both anchor and gateway — gently carrying listeners inward while holding a safe and sacred container for healing.
