Enjoying the magic of a sunflower meditation using smell, touch, and sight absorbing it's energy of light, resilience, and growth.

We close the ceremony with a sound bath to integrate your renewal. Receive a sunflower seed and infuse it with your intention for the season. Take it with you to plant as a symbol of your growth and transformation, closing with gratitude for the cycles of nature and your own rebirth.
