Rest & Release Yoga + Live DJ w/ Special Guest DJ Diva Dee

Rest & Release: Monday Yoga in Thornton Park, Orlando Monday doesn’t have to mean jumping straight into the chaos. Join Ignite Your Flow every Monday at 7PM for Rest & Release, a gentle, intentional, all-levels yoga class in Thornton Park, Orlando, designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and set the tone for the week ahead. And this Monday, we’re adding a little something extra... 🎧 Special Guest DJ DIVA DEE DJ DIVA DEE will be spinning a live set throughout class, with music thoughtfully curated to complement the movement, breathwork, and Rest & Release experience. Think intentional yoga flow + a live soundtrack + good people + a little Monday magic. Not a party. Not a performance. Just a fresh way to experience your practice and start your week. What is Rest & Release? This is your weekly invitation to pause before the week takes over. Our flow blends elements of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with intuitive movement, breath awareness, meditation, and moments of stillness. We move intentionally, explore yoga beyond the physical practice, and create space to release tension from the body and quiet some of the mental noise. Come exactly as you are. There’s no pressure to touch your toes, nail a pose, or have your life figured out before you arrive. Just bring your body, your breath, and an open mind. Your Monday night reset includes: All-levels yoga flow that is accessible and beginner-friendly Breathwork and meditation to help you reconnect with yourself Intentional movement designed to release physical tension and mental clutter Live music by DJ DIVA DEE that complements the flow and creates an immersive practice (10/12 ONLY) A welcoming, judgment-free space to slow down and simply be Time to connect, chat, and build genuine community over empowering conversations More than a yoga class Rest & Release is about creating a moment in your week where you don’t have to be productive, perform, or take care of everyone else. You get to pause. You get to breathe. You get to move. You get to come back to yourself. And then, hopefully, head into the rest of your week feeling a little more grounded and a lot more connected.
